Technology Installation & Rollouts
Your rollout, installed. Every room, every site.
Our own IT installers and movers mount, install, and test new technology across hundreds of rooms and multiple sites — with a dedicated project manager coordinating every activation — so your IT team can stay focused on the technology instead of the labor.

Crews Sized to Each Site
A plan for every building, not one crew for all of them.
A 30-room hospital and a 350-room tower need different crews. We plan each site separately, from a two-person team to ten installers and movers with their own trucks and transport, and run sites in parallel when your schedule needs it.

IT Installation Services
What our installers handle.
The physical side of a technology rollout — receiving, mounting, installing, and testing — done the same way in every room, so your team or vendor can activate without rework.
TV & display mounting
Wall-mounted TVs and displays in every room, secured and positioned to your standard.
Cameras & in-room devices
Cameras, speakers, and other room devices installed and connected for your team to activate.
Workstations & IT hardware
Computers, monitors, and peripherals unboxed, assembled, and placed at every desk or station.
Receiving & staging
Shipments received, inventoried, and staged by site and floor so crews never wait on equipment.
Testing before go-live
Devices tested at each site before rooms are handed over for network-wide activation.
Cleanup, patch & paint
Packaging and debris hauled away, and wall repairs patched and painted where needed.
When to Bring Us In
Your IT team bought the technology. Not the labor.
Most rollouts don’t stall on the technology. They stall because the people who should be configuring and activating it are busy carrying boxes and mounting brackets.
- Your IT team is doing installation labor instead of configuration and activation.
- The rollout spans hundreds of rooms or more than one building.
- Activation calls are hard to coordinate with installation schedules.
- Your technology vendor supplies the equipment but not the installers.
- Every week of delay pushes back a go-live date someone has already announced.
Who Does What
We take the labor and the logistics.
Your team keeps control of the technology. Our project manager joins your activation calls and schedules crews around them.

Case Study · UCHealth
“We were doing the labor ourselves and it became overwhelming. The project came to a screeching stop. They took over all the installing and testing and now we’ve made huge progress in our project.”
